Athletes get one penalty-free transfer within their 4-5 year eligibility window.
Second transfer, must sit out the first four games at the new school plus a 30% reduction of your NIL.
Third transfer, must sit out the first six games with a 50% NIL reduction.
Athletes are allowed up to three transfers, that’s it.
Athletes that make an in season demand for additional money to perform up to their capabilities in a game are suspended for the remainder of the year with loss of whatever remaining NIL money they are owed.
NIL amounts to be determined for each athlete coming out of high school will be based on position, composite star rating, academic performance, and citizenship (no criminal record).
All this is probably just throwing shite at walls, but kids have to learn that decisions can have consequences. And they need to learn that honoring commitments has some sort of value.
I know. tl;dr
