If the contract is written right, then you shoukd be able to sue them civilly for breaking it. Not the school but the business or person funding it.

He should be made an example of.

Most NIL contracts are paid monthly, so I’m guessing they won’t ask for any money back but he’ll be out the remainder of his current contract.

He apparently was skipping many of his required autograph signings and appearances. And they wanted the $4 million upfront for this new contract.
