You should try to keep up. The convo has shifted away from the OP. Hence why he said that.

Well again, that was in reference to the question about who we'd rather have on Saturday and the rest of the season. So it was fairly relevant to the conversation. I believe you just randomly threw AJ's name out there.

And for the record, I've got LSU winning 38-30 Saturday. LSU is just the much better defensive team, Georgia's defense isn't offering much resistance to anybody this season. Doesn't change the fact I'd rather have Murray on my team this season.

This guy?

Or this guy?

Umm, perhaps you missed the post where I was discussing why LSU fans are excited by Mett's performance so far?

I can't understand what Murray was doing in that pic, or why he thought it'd be a good idea

I'd rather have the guy who has played better. Not only this year, but his entire career. I think you know the answer

Your jimmies were rustled because you're acting with so much righteous indignation that LSU fans are contradicting themselves with respect to Murray and Mett, when the vast majority are simply stating that BS to get a rise out of people.

You may want to see a doctor about some beta blockers because based upon your reaction to posts on an anonymous message board, your blood pressure must be through the roof.

And Murray has been stellar this year, and performed better than mett, against better competition.

Umm 3 less TD's, 1 more INT...and that's better? And I question if Murray has faced better defenses than Mett has. Actually it's about the same level for both.

Mett has more TDs and fewer interceptions, yes. He's also played in one more cupcake game which helps with the TDs (and yes I realize it is also an opportunity to throw more picks). Murray has a higher completion percentage and more yards per attempt though. I would say the defenses he's played have been tougher (although not by much), and playing at Clemson even though they have a bad defense, is a far more hostile environment than Mett has played in. We'll see how Mett handles that this weekend.

Nobody is taking into account that Mettenburger was 2nd best at UGA.

You realized mett has played in a full nother game right idiot?

They're both throwing 2.5 TDs/game, Mett is throwing for 65% compared to Murray's 72%, has a 194 rating compared to Murray's 202, and is throwing for 256 ypg compared to murray's 346.

So..yeah. Murray has been better this year.
