Look, I don’t blame Fisher for obviously trying to diffuse the situation. After the push, things escalated. It is not correct to say Battle threw the first punch. Go back and look at the videos and pictures. Battle was trying to separate Faulk. 2 punches from Fisher towards Faulk almost hit Battle, Then Battle punched Fisher.

That makes battle look like even more of a pussy.
Not going to disagree with you. It was a cheap shot that was not even necessary. Faulk and Fisher were squared up and tossing hands.

He wasn’t. He moved forward and pushed a stationary Krag. Who was only there to respond to the trashy maniac Craig

Fisher threw punches at Faulk.

Every bad decision was made by Craig or Fisher.

Battle should be kicked off team

Nope.

Battle is a pink for throwing punches when Fischer was being held back. Hes an athlete. He is physically superior to Fischer who is not an athlete. Pretty punk move to sucker punch the guy trying to diffuse the situation who did nothing wrong. Krag had a shove coming. Dont run up on people angrily and you wont get pushed back.

This is where you lose your whole narrative.

This is as close as Krag ever got to Fisher with his arms behind his back.

This is Fisher pushing Krag.

This is Faulk dodging the first punch.

This is Fisher's right fist on Faulk's face.

Then Battle throws the bitch punch.

Battle is trying to break it up and 2 punches almost clipped his face. Then he threw a punch. Like “I am trying to break this up and you are about to hit me bitch”

I have not seen anything as to who threw the first punch. After the slight push of Krag, it was well on it's way to being deescalated when something was said (I believe) and Fisher turns around and squares up with Faulk who is coming directly at him.

Yeah. LSU showed amazing restraint by not beating the hell out of Craig. If you were approached that way with a man swinging his arms it is entirely reasonable to defend yourself.

A man standing still with his arms behind his back should not intimidate a person, unless you are Fischer.

Burrow tweeted that Craig was lucky he had just finished playing 7 OT’s. Yes, someone had him delete it.....and I am glad Burrow didn’t get involved.

Agreed. It was a classless act by Craig and he should face punishment for acting like a child.

It was an unfortunate scene. Honestly, both sides contributed in some way and neither side looks good

that said, it wasn’t what I would consider a “bench-clearing brawl”... I’ve definitely seen worse fights before. All I’m saying is it seemed pretty isolated to 3-4 guys after a very emotional game, it’s not the end of the world. It happenned, and it’s over.

It’s probably best for everyone that we just move on.

God, the level of guilt deflection A&M is exhibiting is beyond pathetic.

"LSU coach exaggerated. He doesn't have a pacemaker. LSU is lying."

Your coach started the entire ordeal, just own it.

Starting something doesnt mean you are 100% responsible. Escalating is bad too. Which all sides are guilty of. There are fine people on BOTH sides here.

Fisher escalated it by shoving Krag

If he keeps his hands to himself this thing dies as Krag says his piece.

That said, I don’t even care about Fisher. It obviously was heat of the moment for him. Craig obviously had given this some thought

Fischer was justified in keeping Krag away from him by extending his open hand out to stop Krag from getting closer. I'd say Krag was the escalation here by running up. Fischer didnt escalate.

Starting something means you're 100% responsible for starting something. Beginning something and escalating something are not the same thing.

A&M coach began the verbal confrontation and A&M coach/son/whatever start the physical confrontation.

Why it's so tough for Aggie fans to admit this is spectacular to witness.
