Bet it is still better than the Decatur, AL scanner. They are probably gossiping about the NOPD scanner to each other on it.

It's like this daily in Memphis. My first 2 weeks at U of Memphis two years ago there were 3 students shot. the next week there was a bomb threat. that is just what happened around the campus. the city itself is a nightmare. A major part of why I wanted to GTFO of Memphis lol
Other than Beale and East Memphis that place sucks arse. thank the Lord I was fortunate enough to grow up in Collierville(sub of memphis)

Memphis is just nasty. I have an old friend that lived in Collierville (not sure if she still does). It's not so bad, but outside of Beale Street, Memphis is awful.

There was a family in Collierville (back around 07 I think) that got tied up in their house and robbed. And that's the safe neighborhood.
