Rent a car at the airport. My roommate works at the avis there.
From there just take 20/59 West all the way in. Little over an hour drive.

I dont want to rent a car bc I only need to get to tuscaloosa. Once im there, I have trasportation...just seeing if anyone was heading that way...

On a serious note, you'd think there would be some sort of shuttle service from the airport to Tuscaloosa. I know they have one from Hartsfield that goes to Auburn for about $50 one way five times a day.
