Meh. It's in the dead middle of the country. Just happens that Oklahoma has a good program. Pac 10 and Sec can get there fairly easy.

I think the Gators were the SECs shot to beat Oklahoma.

What if the WCWS was permanently in Birmingham? Would not softball become the Alabama and Auburn show every year?

Surprised we have not tried to bunt the runners over. Two inning in a row we had a running on first with no outs. Didn't move either of them
