Ummmm...I think you'd better look that up again. The Independent Accountability Resolution Process board was set up by the NCAA members to handle more complex issues. It was designed to take charge of the matters to eliminate any conflict of interest issues. This in no way means they do not have enough evidence or will drop the matter. It means they are passing it on for further action.

Look. I haven't been piling on LSU, nor do I care. But if you are sincere in the belief that this somehow exonerates LSU, or indicates no action is being taken, then you are incorrect. If they though there wasn't anything there the NCAA would have just dropped it. Instead they sent it on to this board because they feel like there is something there.
