Missed NBC Nightly News but my local news still opened with the story for the 8th time in 24 hours, which is hilarious, and the story said the trees "may" die in 3-5 years.

I mean, the whole situation is fricked and it sucks BUT
Dear God people are reacting like when Princess Diana died and leaving memorials and junk.
When an otherwise sane AU friend of mine posted a picture on Facebook today of a roll of toilet paper with "Get Well Soon" on it left at Toomer's, I literally shook my head.
And using the word "tragedy" to describe this is beyond ridiculous.
Dear God people are reacting like when Princess Diana died and leaving memorials and junk.
When an otherwise sane AU friend of mine posted a picture on Facebook today of a roll of toilet paper with "Get Well Soon" on it left at Toomer's, I literally shook my head.

Exactly. It sux, but it's not the end of the world or something that is going to effect the University or peoples lives in the grand scheme of things.
