No kidding. Yet the school knew the entire time. That's my point. Re-read the conversation.

Maybe officially but the DA is pursuing charges on two people and not on others. There would have to be some Perry Mason style courtroom surprise for anything to change ... and Perry Mason style courtroom surprises basically only happen on a television procedural drama.

No one is saying there are more surprises. You bama fans love twisting posts. We aren't even discussing that

It was stated that the millers name wasn't revealed because of the investigation happening.

There's no reason not to say player/student x was in the area but not considered a suspect and the investigation is ongoing. Failing to do that gives the perception that someone is covering stuff up

That’s why it is important to understand what happened after the shooting.
How did the murder weapon end up in Quinerly’s dorm room? Maybe Miller didn’t help to hide it but still assisted in some way…

I've seen nothing in the media about the Quinerly dorm room and the murder weapon. This appears to be an SEC Rant Creation.

No. The trial is ongoing. The investigation is effectively over.

Here you go…

Al.com

quote:

“Only law enforcement knows all the facts of the situation,” Byrne said. “The rest of us are still learning things.”

I take that to mean they did not.

ETA

quote:

“As a department, we stress to our coaches and staff regularly, throughout the year, that we’re reporters and that we cooperate. We don’t try to do the job of investigators,” Byrne told ESPN. “We are not investigators. Whether that’s a legal issue, whether that’s a Title IX issue, we let the experts do their jobs.

They have received all video recordings from that night, Miller's cell phone, have conducted interviews with all involved parties, retrieved the weapon and shells from the scene, etc etc etc. Exact what is that you think is left to investigate?

The investigation is effectively over, and has been since they charged Miller and Davis.
