If Jeff Demps is an Olympic caliber sprinter. I think he wins this title.

No shite. It is without question either Demps or T-Rich.

Richardson

The fact that he can still wipe his own arse as ripped as he is is pretty damn athletic imo.

wade...and its not close.

6'3 250 of pure muscle

can throw a 96mph fastball, a 12-6 curve, and a knuckleball

the only reason he doesnt play basketball at auburn is because he doesnt want to embarrass the rest of the team with his ridiculous dunks and ray allen like 3's

as we all know, he will start at LBer for us this year, and possibly start FB as well.

did i mention he also shot a 56 at RTJ the other day?

I wasn't asking if he was better than Demps, just asking if he would be in discussion of the top 3 or 4.

Also, beating in a race doesn't mean better athlete.Just means he's faster. (but I'm not implying that with Demps, he is a better athlete)

Gimme Jadeveon Clowney in a year. He's 6-6, maybe grow an inch? He'll be up to 265. ESPN claims he now runs a 4.48, (I doubt it think more 4.55) Has a 36 Inch Vert. Power Clean 300 (ya that's lower, but this all recorded when he was 17)

Agreed. He consistently bowls 301. Has 4 testicles and can bench press Mt. Cody.

Probably so -- we'll have to see if he lives up to the hype once he plays at the D1 level. I think he will.

For proven players -- as homerific as it sounds -- it has to be Alshon Jeffery. He's fast and he's abnormally strong for such a tall receiver, but most of all, he has incredible coordination and body control. He makes circus catches no one has made since A.J. Green and Sidney Rice. He's stronger than both of them and faster than Rice.

Athleticism has various dimensions.

Jeff Demps is probably the fastest.
Trent Richardson or Michael Ford are probably the strongest (pound for pound).
Justin Hunter is probably the best leaper.

LSU might have the two best "jumbo" athletes in the league in KeKe Mingo and DeAngelo Peterson.

Alshon could also be considered a "jumbo" athlete in my book.
