I'll name two that me and my friends made up when we were young.

1.) Survival
Two teams of people (doesn't matter how many people), basically hide and seek mixed with tag, but in the woods and everyone is wearing camouflage. There has to be borders that can't be crossed to keep the area from getting too big. One team hunts the other, but you have to tag each person until all are caught. It used to get crazy, people doing anything not to get caught. Good times.

2.) Wally-ball
No teams, every man for himself, doesn't matter how many people play, but the more the better. 1 racket ball, 1 wall or fence. Non-stop action.
First person throws the ball against the wall however hard, doesn't matter, but the harder the better. Once the ball bounces off the wall, it's free game for anyone to go after.
Whoever can get to the ball first must catch the ball and throw it against the wall. When trying to catch the ball, If the ball touches them at all and they don't catch it, they have to sprint to the wall as fast as they can before someone else gets the ball and pegs them with it. If they miss them when they throw it at them, they have to sprint to the wall before someone else gets to the ball and pegs them.
If they successfully peg them before they get to the wall, they get a free shot at them, they have to stand against the wall and take the hit. If they miss them, they have to sprint to the wall before someone else gets the ball and pegs them. Rinse and repeat.
This game is a blast. We would peg each other as hard as we could. There's no points, no winner, just all out fun, lots of stings and red marks and gets pretty wild.
