You are right, you caught me on a technicality. You wont see students parading around Auburn with cattle because the University keeps it away from campus because of the image. The only livestock you will find is off wire road at the Vet clinic and there are a lot of horses down there.

I went to a fraternity party at Auburn back in the early 90's and was blown away by the smell of fresh cow patties.

That is 20 miles from campus and it is the biggest concert/alcohol shite show there is. People purposefully dress as trashy as possible. The girl I went with last year went to wal mart to buy a nascar t shirt. It is actually a really good time. The rodeo part is not even that big of a deal, most people are too drunk to pay attention. There are tons of Bama students that come to this thing.

I would say the general overall arrogance they seem to carry around with them....
the University of Alabama students/alumni I know personally (graduated HS with and spent some time with on Tuscaloosa weekends...
) don't seem to act that way which leads me to believe it's either internet jackasses or the recent success.
I haven't lived in the state of Alabama for a few years so I don't have my pulse on the cuurent state of affairs, although I imagine it's pretty rough.

Sidewalk alumni. Not saying we don't have any, but bama's and uga's are especially bad.
Honestly I'm more annoyed by the UGA people, growing up in Atlanta every dumbass who went to GA southern, Kennesaw, GCSU, Georgia Perimeter, or no college jumps on the uga bandwagon.
