My Bets This Weekend

So far on the year I am up over 5000 bucks on my bets. My last two weeks were the best so far, garnering 3500 on week 2 and 2430 on week 3 (I lost a few hundred on week 1). This weekend I'm only putting down 1000, so worst case is I'll still be up 4 grand. Anyway...

You seem pretty confident in Tennessee being able to overwhelmed the Texas offensive line. I’ve heard they’re pretty stout.

Nah. I expect Texas to win that but I had to put something down to support the boys.

Of course most of these I don't expect to win.. But I do expect to win 1 or 2 of them.

I only bet what I’m willing to lose and I usually stay even through the year. I’ll throw 5 bucks here or there to help make the season more fun.

This is how I approach it as well. I'll put $100 on LSU if I feel like they are gonna win. But, I only bet like $25-$50 on other games that I am gonna watch that day just to make it interesting. I'm not out here trying to make a bunch of big money by betting on games. I did get my arse handed to me last week though.

Looking at all these parlays makes me wonder if there is a way to structure a hedge to where no matter what happens, you can come out on top.
The odds changing and the juice would make that improbable I guess.
