Typical Houston Nutt. That was a pathetic performance. If you allow a team like that to come into your house and kick your arse on Notional Broadcast TV you are not a championship football team.

I am embarrassed for Ole Miss on this one. It was bad in all aspects of the game.

I am thoroughly disgusted. I waited all off season to be dissapointed by losing to jacksonville st. My take is our offense was spotty and needs work and our defense played like crap they have a lot of work to do before we hit second play. My hopes for bowl elligibility are gone. Sad day for me

Hard to take any positives from that game.

Snead always played good against 1AA too. It's not like we played Texas yesterday.

You have a poor understanding of the game of football, then.

No. Our passing game was fine. Our running game was fine and our Special teams did well.

Watch the game next time before making your "evaluations"

My understanding of football is just fine. I realize we lose to people we shouldn't and beat some we shouldn't but if the d is going to play like that all year we won't be beating anyone. I know we are in a rebuilding year I know what we lost I was just hoping for better than that. And I know we will get better as the year goes on but honestly if we don't we may not win a game. We certainly won't win an second game playing like that. It was embarassing to watch.

which means nothing since we were playing JSU.
My gosh, we had trouble scoring on the goalline running up the middle. I feel a good year by Masoli is our only chance because he can make things happen. Stanley is ok, but will be better for next year. We know Masoli can play, just needs more reps.

You lost to a FCS team. The entire team had to stink to do that.

Starlight I think we will improve on defense and win some games. What I can't understand though is our inability to make in-game adjustments. We ran zone the whole second half basically and JSU repeatedly tore it apart. That was the most frustrating part to me.

It was more horrible play calling than horrible play by the team. When we ran our actual offense and our defense was blitzing we were scoring left and right and they couldn't score, when we try to run up the middle every single play and play zone defense the entire second half we were horrible.
