no more 7 on 7 like defense

Yeah Collins will probably be awesome.

Mullen must have had the best staff in the country when he was first hired since he can repeatedly just go and promote someone already on staff instead of finding a good DC elsewhere.

Troy's qb threw for 350 on yall. Spin if you like, but your secondary got molested fairly often last year. DWI.

Troy was 11th in the country in Total Offense last year. And that QB is back for them- we'll see how he does in Oxford this year

The difference? We aren't touting our secondary among the nation's elite.

SEC defenses. They allow shitty defenses like Auburn's 2010 squad to shut down Oregon's offense. It is Troy. State is an SEC school. 350 is still an awful lot, especially with what we had to endure hearing about Slay and Banks all season.

Well, the problem is that Slay and Banks werent in there for the whole 350- we started subbing when we were up 23-7 in the 2nd and they started their comeback vs the back-ups getting experience.

Banks won THE award for DB's- so obviously he was pretty damn good and worth the talk. But when arent getting a pass rush- you cant cover all day long.

well collins was pretty much hired to replace diaz in 2010. he's just been a co-coordiantor. not like he was just a dline coach or something.

I am sure he is crushed over 2nd round money. Probably wiping his tears with $100 bills.

never said he wasn't worth getting drafted. I'm happy for the guy.

But I do love the hilarity in MSU fans touting him as winning that award.

Are you kidding me? So Mississippi wouldn't be happy for a db for winning the Thrope award?
