but we retain our offensive line, rated one of the best in the country,

We return ours too. The same line that led the conference in rushing last year. And it wasn't just Dixon. He was running through huge gaps. We might have the best o-line/d-line combo in the conference. When you have that, you can compete with anyone.

Ok go ahead and make fun of my statement.

The only way Mississippi State walks out with a win is if our bus picked a part by Mississippians while we're at a gas station.

The question I have is when State fans were going to get Cam yall were going to beat Auburn with him starting but now that he plays for AU he's going to bend to the pressure? Hyperbole and conjecture rock.

I don't see what your whining about...you're calling a victory and some auburn fans are calling a victory. Seems to me its tit for tat right now.

All I know is I'm just very thankful Cam didn't enroll at Moo State.....if he did, we would definitely be looking at a triple digit loss this year

UF - no
UGA - yes
BAMA - no
LSU - wouldn't consider it an upset, other than it being at LSU.
AU - wouldn't consider it an upset.
ARKY - who knows about this one.

this is true. The only difference in States OL this year and Auburns will be that Auburn has two very good RB's whereas State doesnt have any proven RB's. That could change, but State does have a very solid OL.

Auburn if you want to give an argument to why you think you will win just point out that you have a QB who can complete passes consistently and they do not. Once again this could change, but no one would argue this right now. I predict Au to win 27-24

They don't have to, they're the favorites. They just need to realize that this game is not a given.

I'm not saying it's a given, I'm just trying to understand where the optimism is coming from other than "Thursday night game LOLZ"

First let me say, I'm not expecting a win against Auburn. I've been a State fan too long not to expect Cam coming out and destroying us and how vulnerable we were to wide open offenses last year. I actually like our chances against UGA better.

However, Auburn's last half of the year was less than stellar.
