Let's throw the Snicker Licker comment out the door and ask any black person how they would feel being called an "Uncle Tom". I would bet that a majority would be highly offended and I may be wrong but I do believe his initial post using this term was about 2 former USP players. Then throw in his accusations that TC, by all accounts a good kid without grade issues and a pillar of the USP community, had to have someone take his ACT. That's just 2 of his MANY slanderous & objectionable posts that would have eventually come to light. Both directly at former USP players. Anyone that thinks these wouldn't eventually come to light and have lead to his termination has their head firmly planted in the sand.

Is the snicker in that euphemism a black penis?

How about the one where Treadwell was in the hospital after his broken leg. And how Freeze rushed up there after the game and all he cared about was asking how soon he could play again. And then there was a big blow up with freeze and the Treadwell family.
That was one of my favorites. But there are so many to choose from.

Yes sir.... But you know it is just slang like Jungle Fever so thus can't be racist....SMDH over that excuse.

How about the poster named "The Enforcer" posting personal and employment information about outed Ole Miss fans posting on his board?
He found that to be pretty entertaining for a while.

Why not just ask them how they can support and purchase racist symbols of their oppression? How they can support the playing of Dixie?

Why not just not call them Uncle Tom's and their possible girlfriends Snicker-Lickers?
Why not actually take a shred of personal responsibility and realize you're the one that fricked up and stop blaming Yancy for just doing his job and reporting on a local HS coaching hire?
You're the one that did all this knowing full-well that you were no longer covered by the umbrella of anonymity. This is your fault.
FWIW....I'm not sitting here wishing you nothing but harm and ill-will. I hope that you are able to get back into coaching if that's where your heart is. Good luck to you. Just don't expect an easy road within this state after burning as many bridges as you have burned.

Along sorority row, according to Lee.

How has Miss State not hired you yet? You have tons of connections there. You have these new offensive ideas that Mullen would love to have insight on.
Not to mention, you're the perfect salt-of-the-earth, blue collar, HONEST, hard worker that completely embodies the Miss State image.
This seems like a fricking no-brainer to me.

But OM fans got C34 fired at South Panola, not his years of recorded hate speech.
Nope, OM fans are the bad guys

Why don't you ask them? There are plenty of Ole Miss fans of all races that don't now see it that way. Heck there was an excellent article written last year from a black man who was raised to think that way, recently moved to Oxford and no longer sees Ole Miss as a bastion of racism that he once thought it was. But that would take work on your part and ruin your agenda so here it is:
The Allure of Ole Miss Football: How They Do Oxford
I doubt you will take the time to read this excellent piece because it will absolutely destroy your quest to label Ole Miss as a racist institution so here two particularly interesting passages:
quote:
THE DAY BEFORE the game, Daymon and I meet with three women who work at the university's William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation. The institute is doing some of the most creative and necessary work around race in the country. Melody Frierson, a black Korean woman, and two white women, April Grayson and Jennifer Stollman, sit down and talk about the challenges affecting the university, region and state. They tell me that the university is changing, maybe a bit too slowly sometimes, but that they're thankful that staff and administration are now aggressively asking for tools and the language to confront not just white supremacy but also homophobia and sexism. They highlight the crucial intersectional work being done at the Sarah Isom Center for Women and Gender Studies and the Southern Foodways Alliance. "It doesn't mean that the black students specifically don't suffer anymore, though," Jennifer tells me. "It does mean that they don't suffer as much as they did, and when they do suffer, they don't suffer alone. We're here. We're also seeing how the Black Lives Matter movement has positively impacted the work we do."
quote:
Daymon and I leave the Winter Institute to go meet Sierra Mannie across campus. Sierra, a black student from Canton, Mississippi, is a contributor to Time.com and the opinions editor at The Daily Mississippian, the school's student paper. Near the end of our hourlong conversation, I tell her that people seem fixated on this idea of the university and the region changing but that I'm curious whether black students have been central to or on the periphery of that supposed change. "This is my school," Sierra says, taking her hat off and revealing this unexpectedly fresh green hair. "I understood from the day I got here that this is college, not a Confederate day camp."
So I suggest that you go debate these individuals. Please tell them how they should feel about their school and if they think it is the supposed racist institution that you consistently try paint it as.....some how I think you will loose that debate.

I'm black and I played at OM. I'm from Mississippi. Those racist symbols of my oppression (I'm glad you know so much about my inner feelings) have been with me since I was an infant. I chose OM because racism was alive and well at EVERY SCHOOL IN THE SOUTH (even Miss State )and because of what I wanted to major in and to this day, I don't have a single complaint. I never had an issue at OM.
But it's because we pay so much that they don't care.. Of course. Every athlete at OM truly hates OM, but they are cashing that check every week and don't care..
Why does State still fly that racist flag on your campus? How do your players feel about that? Don't they know that they should feel oppressed because of it?
It's the State flag? Why would any black athlete go to State or OM?
Also, about that Simmons brawl. You said that that's completely normal in 'their' neighborhoods. That's the way 'they' are raised.
Is that racist? I'm black, so who exactly is they?

Hey, I'm not really defending the guy. I was just pointing out that the term "snicker licker" doesn't appear to be racist and is in fact a term used to describe white girls who only date black men. Seems to me it says more about the girl than the person using the term because anyone who exclusively dates one race over another is in some ways racist. In this case the white girls are racist against their own race but it's still racist.
I agree with you on the "Uncle Tom" thing. That shite is messed up.
Personally I think both sides to this story are guilty of what the other is accusing them of. This coach did make his own bed if he in fact did make the Uncle Tom comments, but I really don't believe for one second that the OM fan base that pitched a shite fit (if they really did) over the hire did it because the coach is "racist". They clearly do not want a die hard state fan coaching at SP.

No, his name is Kiese Laymon. The link is in my post above and it really is a great article.

To me it is absolutely about the racist, homophobic & sexist crap he has and continues to spew. IMO no one like that should be educating kids. I am an Ole Miss fan but could care less what alliegence a HS coach may have. Heck my new favorite assistant at my boys HS is a former State RB. He is fun to talk with, seems to work well with the kids and all I really care about is if he can help them reach their potential.

The assistant HS running back coach is not going to suddenly steer away kids from OM from probably the most pro-OM city outside of Oxford.
Being worried of losing kids because C34 is on staff may be the funniest thing I've heard all week

A lot of this shite with the two MS schools will stop when the NCAA jack hammers the Ole Miss arse.
Can't happen soon enough, for me.
