I don't even know that I would call it a "place", more like a settlement of farmers. Some great people there though, and her grandmother makes me chocolate and pecan pies to take home every time we go see her

Yep. They had a store! But it was waaaaaay before I was born. My dad grew up there and went to boarding school.

I am saying your family and my GF's probably know each other, and probably well. In a town that size, they can't help but know each other
