Gus is 4-0 vs the spread this year. I dont think we cover this one though. Im expecting a 6-9 pt win

The wildcard in this game is Gus' play calling. Our defense is fine against the pass. They are suspect against the run. Plus they can't tackle. If Gus tries to get Nix's confidence up and letting a bad passer throw the ball - State can keep it close and has the talent to break a big play or two.
If Auburn comes in and says "We are going to use our speed and run the ball," then the game will not be in doubt in the second half.
State's chance relies on Gus deciding to throw the ball. If Auburn has more pass attempts than rush attempts, State might even win the game.
The most pissed off at Mullen I have ever been was when we were up 21-0 on Auburn in 2014 and he tried to fake a punt in our own territory. Gave Auburn the ball and a little momentum and a blowout turned into a fight.

Don't bet on any State games this season because of our suspensions. We don't know which games they're being held out of until kickoff.
