Does less with more talent than anyone in the conference. But I still give the nod to Richt. For one reason and one reason only Les has a ring.

Miles is underrated vastly. Maybe not in rankings, but people treat him like an idiot that has no business coaching football and that simply is not the case. Regardless of what he does, CLM will never get the respect he deserves from any fans including LSUs

Richt is a good coach.

Ya think?

Just not great.

If he keeps winning at an 80% clip. He's gonna be an all-timer.

Look at all that talent he had this year.

Yep, he's a great recruiter..that's part of being a great coach.

Hell every year. He always fields a good team yes. But just can't get to the championship game.

I know. UF, LSU...their 1 loss SEC Championship seasons..they were just far superior to UGAs 1 loss SEC Championship season.

Richt is a great coach in a conference filled with them.

There's no way he should have lost 3 games with all that talent

Sorry guys, I don't see how you can put Nutt in the overrated category.

Has done more with less talent than any other coach except the guy from Vandy. Look what he did last year with a little bit of talent. And remember.....Houston Nutt was the Nick-tators choice to replace him at LSU. Called him the best game day coach in America.

Houston Nutt at LSU in 05 wins the National Championship

Wait, I change my mind. Not Miles but Chavis is the most overrated coach.

I have always thought Nutt was a great coach even when he was at Arkansas.

I love this baseless statement. Most people can not even point to why they say it about Nutt. It's just a tag that was thrust on him and stuck.

It stems I suppose from the misperception that Arkansas was not rich in talent. Arkansas has produced a plethora of 1st round NFL talent since Nutt took over in 1998.

First lets address the more with less. What is more? He lost damn near every bowl. His road record is a joke. His record against Top 25 teams is one of the worst around. He tied for the West twice in ten years thanks to schools on probation and hail mary passes. He has a losing record to Vandy for Christ sake. What is this "more" that he has done? He is a .500 coach with a .500 resume.

Now lets discuss more with less. I do not have a list of NFL draftees in front of me but in ten years Arkansas had names that range from 1st round picks Shawn Andrews, Matt Jones, Batman Carroll, Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, Ken Hamlin....on and on and on. Those are just a few off the top of my head. Darren and Felix have more all-purpose yards than any tandem in the history of the game by the way and it only took three years. Nutt went .500 in SEC play with those two and lost each bowl.

Then there are those that Arkansas had but Nutt ran off. Vikings QB T. Jackson, USC All-American Damian Williams, and Parade POY Mitch Mustain who was 8-0 in the SEC. How about two time Rivals OC of the Year Gus Malzahn?

The bottom line is that Nutt never did "more" and he certainly had far, far more than "less". It's a bullshite cliche' remark that doesn't hold water.

Yep and Richt has had a better season (13-1) than Miles has ever had. National Championships don't make coaches.
