True. And last year's IB was just as memorable as this year. Tank stays in bounds and then a 98 yard drive to tie and 3 OT to win. You couldn't script a better ending than some of these IB's have had.

Kick 6 was the greatest play in college football history. People will be talking about it 100 years from now. Very few outside of Bama fans will remember 4th and 31.

But kick 6 will always be a play that led to an eventual heartbreaking national championship loss to FSU.
4th and 31 could potentially be a play remembered for saving a national championship season. Making it a more meaningful play.
Time will tell.
