JUCO's are always low rated in basketball, most higher end teams don't even sign JUCO's, they will always bring a class down, good or bad players, don't even get evaluated worth a shite.

In rankings? What I posted above, brings down the class average greatly, Arkansas has a 97 average player ranking on 247, LSU has an 83 average.

This thread is totally pointless. It's like bragging about football recruiting rankings in December.
The only thing that I have learned in this thread is UltimateHog is a first class troll. It's near impossible to defend any sport that the university of Arkansas plays right now but you try your hardest damn near every day

And? Who looks at a class based on average player ranking without taking into account the number of kids signed? That's not how these team rankings are determined.

Had a disappointing year in JUCO and Darcy Malone came on our radar late and I guess we preferred his size and potential.

Isn't that the whole point of this thread? LSU chest pounding because they got 5 recruits when Arkansas can only sign 2, possibly 3 because they have no seniors/roster spots?
Quality > quantity as mentioned before.
I'll take our 2 post player signees against anyone elses.

And our quality is just as good as yours. On every site Jarrell is rated higher than Portis and Mickey and Kingsley are rated right in the same area. Plus we also added a few other quality players for depth. I agree that the two guys you currently have signed are very good, but don't act like our guys are scrubs. We'll see who was right in the coming years, this is certainly not an exact science.
