I mean Mizzou belongs in the upper echelon of CFB.
They are used to winning championships and recruiting at a top ten level, Odom just wasn’t the man for this elite job.
So who yall going after to lead you back to Old Glory and return the program to its rightful place?
Freaking programs don’t realize their inherent ceiling. Be happy with 7-8 wins and an occasional 9.

The 8 seasons prior to Barry Odom getting to Missouri, Mizzou had 5 double digit win seasons.
This includes two 12 win seasons, 1 11 win season and 2 10 win seasons.

We have more SEC championship appearances than LSU since we’ve been in the league. You guys have one good year, granted, you guys are REALLY good this year and you think your God’s gift to football.

I’m all for calling a spade a spade. Of course we aren’t a blue blood. That’s common sense.

This is a giant hire for Jim Sterk as fan apathy had set in during Odom regime. Just when he would reel the fanbase in with wins over awful teams things like Wyoming would happen.
