When the NCAA collects "fines," what does this money go towards?
Hopefully they disperse it between the schools, but we know someone is likely pocketing it.

Oh wow, I just read that they do actually have to vacate any records that the athletes were part of. Looks like their wins against Kentucky football will now be...wait a minute...no changes necessary there. We're good.
