Selling out your stadium would be a start. UT holds 100K+ and many times I have been there with a sell out and another 10K or so that go just to tailgate. Even when we don't sell out we still have 90K+ most of the time.
I went to Mizzou during the Widenhoffer years and watched Nebraska take over the stands, there are a number of SEC schools that will do the same. I see a lot of SEC decals and other identifiers on cars around here and trust me the will turn out and represent when their team comes to town.

I see just as many Arkansas decals in Springfield as I do Missouri stuff. I'm curious to see how well we will roll out the first time we play in Columbia. Really looking forward to it.
