I agree, but Coonass seems to have it out for Favre and calls him Troll and Favrah.
Calling it like I see it. He has a better passing game. Don't care who likes or dislikes it.

Dak will eventually be the man, but I could see him and Favre splitting time.
Will be red shirted. Will not pass up Farve or Russell. He will play though.

Russell has the size but lacks the footspeed.
From my understanding with Russell, the play book being used is for Relf. A different playbook is waiting on Farve and Russell.

P.S Can someone who is not this Klongdawg clown tell me what happened to the supposed "huge haul" we were rumored to have?

Are you really counting on commits in July when there is still 7 months away from signing day? After last year. Reallyyyyyy?

That is correct. We really made a move for Nick James and I guess our staff prefers James over Banks. Also we are in the top 2 for Denico Autrey and AJ Jefferson. And don't forget about Quay Evans and Channing Ward.

I hope this is true- I really dont care who the starter is in 2012 as long as they are effective- they are a bridge to Dak anyway

yes he will- but he will play in 2012 and not just mop-up- and yes, he will pass them at some point

we will definitely make some playbook changes after Ralph, but Prescott will come in like Tebow did his Freshman year and run a certain package- Mullen likes a mobile QB, and that's not going to change

Favre is far more mobile than I ever expected. In the spring game he led his team in rushing and showed some good scrambling skills. I didn't know he was that mobile.

I think it's because of Bundy saying how huge this weekend was suppose to be. Hell he started a thread to cover all the excitement

I started this thread, so I wouldn't have to make a separate thread for everybody who committed.
FWIW we could be getting another commitment on Friday or Saturday.

I think I'm about to get an offer from state. Seeing as the only pre requisites are never being heard of and having no other offers.

You have to first provide proof of residence in the state of Mississippi.

Well, in this case you must do a number of things to prove you are worthy:
1. Show up at the Big Dawg Camp

Why are State fans getting so worked up over recruiting in July after what happened last yr?Why are people doubting Mullen's eye for talent. He has already proven that he can beat teams that has recruited better than us.(ie UGA,FLA,MICH.)When he starts losing games b/c of lack of talent, then you can start complaining. We didn't lose a game last yr b/c of talent.Lsu beat us b/c of turnovers and field position.Bama beat us b/c of not being mentally ready to play(RIP Nick Bell)and had defensive breakdowns that led to big scoring plays.I will not get excited about recruits until they sign and I will not question Mullen without cause.

I will admit that Alabama and LSU were the only two games that we lost on Talent, and the fact that we played in Baton Rouge (at NIGHT) and at Tuscaloosa didn't help our chances.
HOWEVER, We lost to Arkansas in Double OT in a game that we dominated the line of scrimmage and the clock and would have won if not for a fumble out of the endzone in the first OT. The Auburn game we had every chance in the world and in my opinion were evenly matched with the exception of cam Newton
