I don't care if we go 1-11, as long as that one is against Arkansas, this board has me hating that state and university

Arkansas fans are by far the WORST posters on this board. Were't they supposed to have been leaving the SEC this past summer when they were talking conference realignment???

State goes 9-3 with losses to LSU, UPig, and Bama

we were better than SC this year, and we damn sure will be next year and play them at home.

We lost to LSU by 1 yard in 09 and held them under 200 yards of offense in 2010- the gap is very small and we may just close it in 2011

There is no way Aubarn beats good teams having to put together a new OL- they will be in for a tough year in the West

10-2 is possible, 9-3 likely, and 8-4 at the absolute worst

if i was michigan i would go to someone who runs the spread, because rich rod was about to turn that program into a successful big east spread team....oh wait those teams only beat big east teams.

you guys are just pissed that you beat a shitty team and no one is impressed, its ok i mean its not like you were next to last in your division this year and only won one game in it.

I'm not sure what gives you so much confidence against LSU. I watched most of MSU's games this year and it seemed to me that your team still has a ways to go to match up with LSU and Bama. You guys were lucky LSU only beat you 29-7 considering we kicked 5 FG's in that game. We could have easily scored 40+ points with a little better redzone production.

Actually the most winning program in the history of college football.

But they're 15-22 and 6-18 in the Big 10 in the last three years.

And this effects a rivalry game because?
Ole Miss will be improved next year but record won't show it because we do play in the SECw

I dont typically tend to agree with the black bears but this is truth. Dan puts alot of emphasis on this game but you never know what can happen in the egg bowl. And as bad as they were this year they still hung on.

That being said I still predict a W for the dawgs.

What were we supposed to do score 70 on them??? You act as if Michigan is the worst program in the history of college football. They won @ Notre Dame this year and also beat BCS participant UCONN.

They lost to 3 top 10 teams (OSU, MSUn, and Wisconsin) Ohio State only beat them by 30, we beat them by 38, if you dont consider that impressive than you are an idiot.

And You guys were 18-8 the two years before this season. Does that have anything to do with yall going 4-8 this year?

you think they gave up at some point and said frick it were losing and our coach is fired why do we care? that could account for the 8 points while against osu they wouldn't ever quit.

What's going to magically make Jefferson better? Because that is your QB in 2011...Miles is not going to sit a Sr to play a juco transfer

Especially not that early in the season

I agree with this, and think the LSU fanbase expects this Mettenburger kid to come in and be a SEC ready superstar from day one when he is only a JUCO transfer who has never taken a snap in the SEC (and before anyone chimes in Cam Newton, Mettenburger isn't even in the same Universe as CAM. )

I'll put that into perspective: Mississippi State has been the worst team in the SEC west over the past three years. they are 19-18 and 9-15

And has beaten Ole Miss 2 of those last 3 years and will make it 3 out of 4 and 3 in a row in 2011.

its ok AL, they might call it a flagship but its more like a fricking tugboat with no SEC titles to hoist either, they back their way into a 10-2 season and think they have shite to brag about, beat a LSU team at home, the same LSU team that needed a miracle to get past UT. I really do hope that Ohio State curbstomps their asses, doubt it will happen though, big 10 sucks the SEC's dick with Ohio State as the most willing

Because Miles knows that with better QB play this year, LSU could have won the SEC and played for a BCS title.

If Mett comes into spring training and is more efficient moving the ball, he will win the job, plain and simple.

Miles didn't personally recruit a juco QB to sit on the bench for a team that will compete for a national championship in 2011.

Speculation. The point is that your win over Michigan isn't impressive because they have been worse than anyone in our conference over a three year spin. They were a horrible football team. No one is going to pat you on the back for beating them.
