playing Georgia has never seemed like a really exciting game, it's not like playing bama, auburn, or florida, but it's ok.

You think playing Miss St excites anyone outside of Hattiesburg?

Kirby gets to deal with Deuce's son, Damani Staley, beginning this year.

Oh chit....I hope nobody tells him. Do you have a relative of Noah Brindise to counteract that by chance?

MSU will be a tough game. They're our SEC opener and have the offense to give our D a fight till the end. Whoever wins won't win by more than 7 points imo.

Mississippi State is easily UGA's most exciting home game on this year's schedule. Fitz will be the best QB to play in Sanford Stadium this year, so I'd say Athens is probably pretty excited.

oh my, what a little triggered, butt hurt snowflake from Georgia. your resources and facilities skyrocket past Mississippi state's, and you can't even compete in anything except maybe women's gymnastics.

Great job OP. Football from when UGA and Miss State both sucked. Oh wait...

Bad home schedule is bad and playing Miss State ain't going to help it much. The AD really should have scheduled Clemson instead of Samford in attempt to give the season ticket holders some ROI. And bringing Nick Fitzpatrick or his BF Patrick FitzNick to Athens ain't gonna tip the needle much.

No he shouldn't have scheduled Clemson. We have an easy af schedule this year with a second year coaching staff and an experienced team. The east is down so this year has the very real potential to give us a 10+ win season and division title. I'd take that all day over scheduling a top five opponent that would probably beat us.

Our home schedule does suck but having to play ND instead of a CU, FSU, OSU, etc. is definitely worth it. Next we need to schedule texass

Sure for a chance at the playoff I agree...For a good home schedule, I disagree. With our drought, I'll take your idea but not for chatting about an interesting home schedule as we are here, no.

I'm convinced that there is a running joke with the admins not to put a sticky or at least delay the sticky on State game threads.

Kirby was good as long as he kept things in front of him. Easy target over the top. Similar issues as a Coach.

There was a game last year where nobody started a thread for UGA until the forth quarter. We weren't playing a p5 opponent though so it wasn't that bad.
