although you are very likely right about the outcome...it has nothing to do with last year, this a new and completely different year. 1st home game at night + extremely fast DL + MSU lost its interior run pressence + improved LSU run game = really bad matchup for MSU

Mullen's 0-1 vs. LSU, you haven't owned him or our program in its current form.

I dont see Miss St offense being able to over power the Lsu defense. It might be a low scoring game but Lsu wins this one.

I think LSU will win, but predicting a dominant performance after watching them the past two weeks is delusional. I know it's easy to fool most of the posters here with your ''big'' win over Vandy but I watched the game. You had a whoppping 10 points on Vandy until their untalented defense tired out. Our defense has twice the talent and depth Vandy does.

Agree 100%... It's some of these St fans that think things are pointing in the right direction based on last year.

Keep in mind that last year's game was on a crappy and wet field

We may very well lose Saturday, but our field wasn't crappy last season.

I was there and while I think the groundspeople did their best, by the 4th quarter the field was losing out to the weather...

Yep our DL consists of mostly four star talent, Vandy would kill to have that. Not to mention two of our three LBs are senior whos have a shot at the draft in April. Or our secondary that had two of the conference leaders for INTs as freshmen...

I can say the same thing about our defense compared to yours. If you don't score any points, who gives a shite if we only score 3points. We still win

change was definitely needed, but it still takes time, especially for what Mullin wants to try to do

That's true, but the definition of crappy is the Cap 1 Bowl IMO. It was bad the whole game.

1* and 2* talent kept your offense at 10 points for three quarters, and that's with being on the field constantly.

I didn't know offensive coordinators were assigned star ratings.
