Because its not a real casino. Its just a greyhound track and slot machines. The electronic slot machines fall into some sort of loophole.
But don't think that loophole didn't stop Roy Moore and Jeff Sessions from their favorite abuse of power pastime, using tax payer dollars to raid Victoryland and all the other non-Indian electronic slot machine places in the state and hauling off all the machines. Then it won't be too long before before their BS gets overruled and have to return the machines and allow operations to assume. Then they get to start planning to do the same thing again the next year, if not just a few months later.

I bring stats, facts, and links (which is the real reason I trigger so many of you and you all resort to personal shots against me, because I shut down the actual argument about sports.
