Maybe you've grown too accustomed to the freakish talent your school has put on the field over the past decade?

When LSU wins, they do it in spite of Miles. Yet, that's not an overly difficult thing to do given the athletes that wear the purple and gold.

Even going 36-5 over the past three seasons, I'd still argue that LSU has been, for the most part, more talented than Alabama.

ofcourse...we're the frickin' Patriots of college football. Check the recruiting rankings the last few years dumbass.

you know that its impossible for a team, any team, to win as much as LSU has in spite of a coach.

ETA: nevermind...i just noticed you're frickin' 23 years old. You're clueless and need your diaper changed.

Yeah, I forgot how many super human athletes LSU has. I can't believe we even play close games. LSU should win every game by at least 60 points.

So LSU winning has nothing to do with the head coach? Another brilliant analysis from a Bama fan.

That's because you're stupid. Alabama had 3 number 1 recruiting classes in a row, you don't get more talented then that. But I guess the players in Alabama aren't super human like they are in Louisiana.

No, I certainly don't know that it's impossible. In fact I would say it's very possible and cite LSU as the shining example.

I will say this for Miles -- his kids play their asses off for him. Perhaps harder than any group. This fact makes up for his being an incompetent loon.

What does my age have to do with anything? A kid wearing shoulder pads 4X his normal size on a Pop Warner team would have known not to attempt to clock it against Ole Miss. And his coach wouldn't have lost 2 out of the past 3 to them with LSU's players. Just the facts, old man. Congrats on being closer to death.

Either you are 'fishing' or retarded.

I guess a trained seal could win at Alabama right now, too.

Go loot some Heineken and get off my nuts.

I was referring to developed talent once they entered college. Based on THAT criterion, LSU > Alabama.

So Miles is the worst coach in college football, according to you, but is better at developing talent than Saban?

Dinardo had freakish talent, too. Faulk, Mawae, Faneca, etc.

Maybe you've heard of them? They are all NFL pro-bowlers. And Dinardo never did as well as Miles.

So you're saying that the kids that Miles recruited could've come straight out of high school, received no training or instruction from Miles, had no practice, and just showed up on game day and won 60+ games, 2 SEC West titles, an SEC championship, a National Championship, and have the highest winning % in LSU history.

Is that what you're saying? Cuz it really sounds like thats what you're saying. Please tell me thats what you're saying.

I think he's saying LSU would be better off with no head coach at all.

This is that sites top 10 preseason poll. No LSU at all These people suck.

other than missing LSU and FSU I don't have a big problem with his top 10

and really so what? if this is his yearly thing (leaving out those programs) then he needs a beer or an antidepressant... but really the preseason rankings turn out to be way off in one way or another most years

hard to argue - since he's been the only coach since 2005

quote:

I agree that Mack Brown is cut from the same cloth as Fulmer and Carr, but he's still not one of the ten worst coaches in CFB.

JMO - Mack Brown is generally under-rated as a head coach... or at a minimum as a program manager.

And really game day coaching is not where most highly thought of coaches have separated themselves. Saban, Meyer, Brown, Tressell, Carroll were all much better at managing the behemoth that is a major college football program - than they are at game day coaching
