Don't avoid the question and repeat the same shite you already said. What college head coach jobs did he apply to and interview for after Alabama?

He interviewed at Miami in 2007 to replace Saban you stupid frick.

Shula was 0-4 against both Auburn and LSU.

It is no surprise those fans love Shula.

He was fired because he lost 4 in a row to Auburn and the program wasn't heading in a good direction.

Sounds like where you are now, just without the consecutive auburn losses. Lucky for you, they’ve been a train wreck for several years.

Mike Shula would of had Alabama in a playoff game today if he had taken over that roster that Saban left for Kalen Deboer. Shula was able to keep Bama competitive in most games. This all while dealing with probation his entire time at Alabama. He lost 21 scholarships in his first 3 years. It was harder to recruit 4 and 5 stars players while on probation. He had to gamble on getting a troublemaker if he was able to land one. They also had fluke injuries to key players in his first 3 years that killed the team since they didn't have any talent to replace those key players.

Shula was able to keep this team above .500 over his 4 years at Bama. He is mainly frowned upon due to the GOAT replacing him, but he would have been a great coach with a team stocked with talent.

You think after one year he is no good? Give him time! Look at BK at LSU! Give it a rest! I will wait until after his third year to see if he will be a bust or not.

You realize head coaching searches are different than just filling out a job application and dropping it off at Burger King like you do?

Yes. It's basically reaching out to a university through your agent to say that you're interested in the job, dumb arse.

Over their past 5 meetings, Alabama is 5-0 against Auburn and 4-1 against both LSU and Georgia.

If Alabama is in rough shape, the schools they are beating must be smoldering trash dumps.

I showed you an NFL interview which is even better than a college one since the point was only to show a desire to be a HC.

You even got that backwards. The schools typically reach out to the agents.

Do you think there is a line of coaches lined up out in the hall waiting to be interviewed?

The further you go with this the less intelligent you make this account seem.

What point are you trying to make then? That a job much higher than Alabama was interested in hiring him? The other poster was trying to downplay Shula by saying nobody would hire him as a head coach and here you are elevating him to an NFL head coaching job. You would have made a solid point if you had posted info on him getting turned down for head coaching jobs that are equal or below the Alabama head coach job.

LSU fans are saying Alabama HC sucks because he is new at Alabama and never been a coach at any SEC school. He took over a team with Nick Saban's players. Those players might not be the right fit for him. Give him 3 full years before you judge any HC. Look how Drinkwitz has done in his first 3 years.

Hmmm...what coaches in the SEC just finished their 3rd year and are underperforming?

Nobody hired him as a HC. You were trying to claim it was because he had no interest in it, while for some reason thinking coaches filled out applications like a cart returner at Walmart.

You just have to let the HC make adjustments and just like Drinkwitz. He got lucky because that 4th year gave him a lifeline. That was due to NIL and transfer portal rules changes. I am now seeing Mizzou will be fine now and into the future.
