We all are pretty much replaceable at our jobs but the man himself; the husband, father, friend, philosopher, and mad pirate is truly irreplaceable. That"s why there is an outpouring of love, support, and heartfelt loss at his passing from all across this nation. The pain and grief his family is experiencing has to be overwhelming.

The truth is, Everybody is replaceable AND Nobody is replaceable.
