The Tide need a punishment because they don’t deserve to be in the playoff.

One just has to see how Michigan reacted to Bama being selected to play them to realize how little they’ll push Bama around. They’re playing scared before the first kickoff.

I'll take "Things that are not going to happen in the Rose Bowl" for $500 Alex.

Bama should have lost to Auburn, so anything is possible.

Should have lost? Are you used to only playing 59 minute games?

What're they gonna do, outathlete Bama? It's B1G. Their strength is supposed to be defense and the trenches. They're not going to outathlete you. But they might control some line of scrimmage, slow the game down, and make you play their ball.

Problem is, Bama is as good as anyone at the trenches, at least offensively. They showed it against UGA. It could turn out to be a ground slugfest, especially if UM actually plays defense against Milroe by rushing and containing him and daring him to beat them with his arm, UNLIKE Matt House and UGA.

Why do people still think this Bama team is built like the Bama of old? Michigan could definitely push them around. Wouldn't surprise me at all.

Does that mean they will actually play clean honest football with no cheating then?

Seems I remember a team who Bama played in a bowl game who promised basically the same game plan. Beat the shite out of Bama on the line of scrimmage and steam roll on to victory.
The end of the game found that team naked and bleeding from their bum hole. And on the short end of the score.
To the wolverines, be careful, be very careful.

Isnt that the same technique they used against TCU last year?

Well... That's their forte. If they can, then it will be interesting to what Bama does. Converting 3rd and 4 consistently is a killer. If they are bigger stronger up front then they can dictate. If they can't ...

Looking for the post that said, this was the Bama of old. Wanna share it? This team is
Anything BUT old Bama.
Bama was able to push
Georgia around when they really needed to. That alone is reason
For optimism. Look for
A close hard fought game. Just like the
Last one.

With Rees and Milroe, every week is a new invention of backyard football. Completely unpredictable. Most confusing Bama team I've ever seen, and we are stuck with Milroe next year unfortunately. Praying he gets drafted after next year. We'll be lucky to hang on to Saying from transferring sitting behind the RB at QB.
