Rule question:
Is the ball spotted where a carrier’s knee/elbow went down or where the ball is when their knee/elbow went down?
Seems to be different rules at discretion of the referee

How bad are lane and lsu rooting for uga if Miami wins this. We would get destroyed by osu, anyone can play with Miami depending on what Carson beck shows up.
