A&M was a good football team with talent to hang with damn near anyone, and chocked.
It’s really all there is to it.
Why so many other schools (like Tech, any Big10 school) gets a free pass on SoS but A&M is a “fraud” is stupid. All that comment is doing is saying the bottom half of the SEC sucks, thus weakening the conference. But, then, in the same breath, says the SEC is the best conference. So which is it?
Was it favorable, yes. Was it still difficult, yes. Could it have been even more difficult, also yes.
On to next year. And Go Dawgs.
