I agree completely!

That's what pissing us off... the NCAA is playing God and interpreting the rules at their own convenience.

You surely can understand why this is disturbing to us.

Ole Miss should win the appeal, this is no different than the Paulus deal when he left Duke to Syracuse. NCAA didnt suspend Massoli, Oregon did. With this in mind, there is already precedent for him to win (Sunday Adebayo Arkansas case 96/97 and the Paulus transfer)

Paulus was not kicked off of at Duke...the NCAA clearly doesn't want cast offs trying to play the CFB landscape as free agency.

Fact of the matter is is did he find a loophole....yes.but that's the ncaa's fault what they need to do what they should do let him play this year then they need to change the wording of the rule to the way they want it to be

Thought it was pretty cut and dry...take a grad course not offered at OU and you are in?

Nope. You can apply for the waiver, but you still have to convince the NCAA that the reason you are transferring is for academic and not athletic reasons.

It has nothing to do with being kicked off, the NCAA didnt kick Massoli off. He has eligibility, he has graduated, and he used a rule that Paulus used and many others have. There is no precedent for the NCAA to make the ruling they did. Myles Brand didnt close the loophole so now they are trying to fix it, by making an example out of someone who the public doesnt like. Why didnt the NCAA tell Oregon that LeGarrett Blount couldnt play or be on schollie if they were so worried about image? They do not have the authority to make such a ruling. If it is found he is ineligible due to academics, I have no issue with the ruling, but to deny based on him using a loophole is not ethical.

This is the same governing body that didn't investigate MSU during the Jackie era until an OM fan started sleeping with one of their guys. (no, I'm not shitting you)

Why should he have to wait, on his own dime, to graduate from his Masters and waste a year of his life to go make money?

he doesn't have to wait. he can get his masters this year if he wants. who said he has to wait?

Coach Johanningmeir did nothing wrong people during that investigation. People at MSU need to go look up about the house that Jackie built and the people who he used to build it and the people on the payroll.

It is awful strange that the "suit" Jackie filed against Rich Johanningmeir has never been heard or even brought for motions.

a speeding ticket isn't even a misdemeanor, it's a citation. there are also different classes of misdemeanors, masoli's being the most severe

Polyneice was kicked off at Ole Miss. Transferred to Seton Hall in same way Masoli transferred to Ole Miss. He was granted eligibility. Why can't Masoli?

By speeding ticket, he may have meant DWI/DUI which are misdemeanors.

Was he kicked off because of theft, drugs, or other forms of thuggery?
