Rooster i hope youre trolling by saying you want Landon to be included in the final 5 for the coaching job....That would be the stupidest hire in SC history. At that point you might as well keep Kingston

No I'm saying Landon has to be allowed, afforded, an interview. He's a Gamecock. He needs the interview experience and the street creds an interview would give him.

It's just good business. He's family. It would be bad if we snubbed him after he sent-in his resume.

This is fair. I don't think it's wise to give him the keys, but it's realistic to talk to him for an interview.

All that said, if Tanner is making the hire, we know how he gets seduced by good interviews. Muschamp charmed him out of millions, and Shane did, too. This *should* be one of the best jobs in the country, but I have no doubt we'll go dumpster diving.

Three days ago it was almost a guarantee that Ray would not be allowed to make this hire.

There's been 24 hrs of bickering and back and forth about letting him stay long enough to make this hire given his shitty hiring record in all sports.

Now, it appears, that he's sweet talked President Amiridis into letting him make this hire before he steps down while Amiridis gets into the process of finding a big time AD or, god forbid, bring back Hyman for a couple of years to get the ship righted.

Amiridis has to make the right decision here and not fold. There is time to find the right AD who will then be allowed to go out and find the right baseball coach.

All debts owed to Ray have been paid.

Ok Sammy Semantics, I’m 95% sure the random Twitter dude that’s ruined your day meant he took over when the TEAM finished in the top 5

LOL, didn’t ruin my day. Post I responded to argued the same point. I thought it to be funny or that Lonnie was being sarcastic.

Likewise, but apparently serious enough for you to respond in kind.

Ok. My measuring stick was one year. Like it or not....
