So, the NFL's 14th leading rusher, who averaged 60 yards a game, makes the Pro Bowl. Makes sense to me!

What teams would feed Ingram 25 times a game so he could start getting into that magical groove?
Not sure. But weren't the Saints in much better positions to win games when giving him 20+ touches?

Btw, do you remember your endless bullshite about Alabama having 0 chance of making the NC in 2011. You, haha oh man. You were such a dick Good times.

Good for him. I like Mark. But he wasn't worth trading up for and taking him in the first round. That has been established for a number of years.

Mark Ingram has been a major disappointment (not bust) and it's really not arguable.
He has been oft-injured and isn't very explosive. His longest run in three years is 35 yards and longest pass reception is 23 yards. For comparison, Jeremy Hill had at least two runs over 50 yards and his long was an 85 yard TD in his rookie season.

I don't understand why Mark looks so much smaller and/or slower in the NFL. Eddie Lacy looks as good or better than he did in college. Then again, he is built South La. tough, so it's not a fair comparison.

If you were an NFL GM what round would you draft him in if he were to enter the 2015 draft?
I would say mayyyybbbbeee a 5th round pick.

Why couldn't mark Ingram run a yard against Green Bay in 2010? The saints beat Green Bay in 2010 if mark Ingram can just run a yard. Don't you think the heisman trophy winner can run a yard when that yard determines if his team wins or loses.

He averaged 74 yards per game ahead of Jamaal Charles, Matt Forte, Eddie Lacy

Good enough for 8th in the entire NFL - really 7th since Adrian Peterson averaged 75 yards in one game.

Saints fans crack me up. They blamed Bush for "sucking" in NO. Now they hate Ingram (primarily b/c of where he played college ball and his willingness to continue to support his alma mater while in the NFL).

Bush had 2,090 yards in 5 years in NOLA. He had 3,078 in his first 3 years our of Nola. His YPC was 4.2 or below in 4 of 5 years in Nola. It was 5.0, 4.3, and 4.5 in his first 3 years out.

Ingram has 2,426 yards in 4 years in Nola, a career 4.2 ypc, and averaged 4.3 and 4.9 the past 2 seasons. Perhaps the problem isn't the guy playing RB. Perhaps the offense just isn't RB friendly. When you have the 6th highest pass to run ratio the past 3 years, maybe the problem is your play calling.

He was paid too much for the production he gave.

The non-LSU Saints crowd will not miss his regular 2 yd gains if he ever gets traded.

Scheme is not the problem when undrafted RBs have had a higher YPC when they played.

Not Bush's fault your front office reached for him at the #2 pick. Houston had the good sense to pass on him. Not his fault your GM didn't. Just like it isn't Ingram's fault your team traded a 1st rounder to get in the draft to get him.

Averaged 4.3 per carry in 2014 and 4.9 per carry in 2013. Obviously had had some 2 yard carries, but not "regular" amounts of them given his ypc average.

That undrafted RB had one carry that accounted for 17% of his yards on the season. Remove Ingram and Robinson's long run and MI has a better ypc average.

Also, Toby Gerhart had a better ypc than Adrian Peterson in 2 of the 4 years they played together in Minn. Does that make Toby a better RB?

Never seen a meaningless pro bowl pick cause such a stir. It's hilarious.
