It is hard to break up passes when teams do not throw at you.

You don't even believe this yourself.

My God, what is the deal with Bama fans and stats? They just add to the "Delusional" name they constantly get tagged with.

I don't know what you're talking about.

From my observations, I've noticed those on the wrong side of the stats sheet never like stats.

For crying out loud its BARRON! You can't compare two players that don't play the same position.
This.
It is like comparing Darren Sharper, FS of the Saints, to Jabari Greer, CB of the Saints, and saying Sharper is a better player because he has more interceptions.
I think Greer has had a greater impact on the Saints pass defense than Sharper because Greer hardly ever gets thrown at. The guy essentially takes away his side of the secondary from the opposing team's offense. He has only given up one TD pass all season and that was this Monday night against the Falcons.
As a FS, Sharper is supposed to roam the field and break up passes and make interceptions. His stats SHOULD be better than a CB who rarely gets thrown at. The stats, however, do not mean Sharper is better than Greer.
Same principle applies to the comparison of Barron to Peterson.

Using the stat principle:
Nevis is better than Cody.
Nevis is better than Cody.
