He had overloaded on leadership reps and it clouded his judgement. Nothing else to do in Oregon.

Butch will be announcing in the morning that Dan Mullen is taking the head coaching job and has asked him to stay for the next 4 years as an intern. During this time Butch will pursue a Ph.D in in Social Sciences with a focus on championing life, and football sciencetology.

You have to think there was something else going on there that he didn't want to become public knowledge. Butch is simply just losing football games.
