considering you won't get any homecooking in Tiger Stadium, we will beat you next year.
Posted on 11/17/09 at 8:10 pm to Roberteaux
Probably never. I mean the last two years you guys have just killed us. We didn't even belong on the same field. I guess we will just have to wait until you go on probation again.

we doubted Saban would leave LSU. Miami doubted he would leave there.
I don't think it will happen, but it does kinda crack me up. I guess we truly are fanatics.

Mike Slive/Rogers Redding control that, not the teams. Your premise is correct though!

While that is your opinion and all....are you sure you are not an LSU fan? You have been the most negative person about Bama since you have been on here. I'm no homer either, but do you ever give them credit for anything?
I have noticed the EXACT same thing. I consider it a compliment TBH. Just laugh at him and let him continue to look like a dumbass.

He's undefeated, has a shot to win the SEC and MNC this year. Next year he'll have the same opportunity...JJ does not.
I would like to know what makes you think this. McElroy isn't a bad QB but he isn't exactly good either. No, McElroy is not undefeated, Alabama is. McElroy has played a part in it but not even the biggest part. Ingram and your defense have played the biggest parts and both of which are very good. I think that JJ and LSU stand just as good of a chance to win the West next year as McElroy and Alabama do.

LSU...serious question here
When do you guys expect to beat us for the West again? My personal opinion is in 2 years. Next year we lose a good bit on defense, but have been recruiting at an elite level for the last 3 years and if there is a side of the ball to be "weaker" on I rather defense since that's Saban's forte. On offense we have everyone back pretty much with an experienced, senior QB.
Thoughts
Next year!

Did the OP catch the ban hammer yet?

Why would he catch the ban hammer? For saying McTex is better than Jefferson and saying that Alabama would win the west next year?

LSU will most likely win the west next year.
Posted on 11/18/09 at 12:02 pm to PlayersCoach
It will be hotly contested for sure, but I believe we win at least 1 of the next 2 seasons.

Next year, we have a really good shot. Uf is losing 9 starters on defense and Tebow so they should be down. Our QB play will hopefully be better with the experience and if Chad Jones stays one more year, our secondary will be very experienced, and with playing Bama at home I feel we may be favored next year to win the west......but anything can happen til then

Oh wow this resloves everything! Jefferson's QB rating is a whopping 2 better than McElroy. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Jefferson is better HANDS DOWN.

You're welcome! I bet if Bama beats Fla by 2 points you will think it a pretty big deal, huh?
