One question, if we rematch in the NC game and win. Will Bama finally admit we are the best team in the land, if so lets fricking do it. However if you could not beat us in your backyard how in the hell will you win in the Big Easy. I seriously did not know Bama fans were such babies, but i should have known after seeing that frat boy's face at the end of the game.

Its funny how the LSU fans in this thread have already settled on playing in The BCS Championship game, as your new found buddies (Auburn fans) throw in your face every chance they get, when has LSU won a MNC and been undefeated in the regular season? - You still have 2 games that will be a challenge. As pointed out earlier in this thread you just exposed a very average Bama team that you had to take into OT to beat. So you have already counted Arkansas? and home game for Georgia?, and a Georgia team who' s coach is trying to save his job.

If -- big, unnecessary if, mind you, because it will never happen -- Bama whines and begs their way into a rematch, in which they will lose, and lose far worse than they just lost, they will spend the next 11 months blaming someone, anyone but themselves -- the refs, the fact that New Orleans had the audacity to host the National Championship Game there this year, the flight there, the weather inside the dome -- for having lost that game. The LSU football team on the other sideline will have had nothing to do with that.

The reason Bama is freaking out so bad about this loss is because they know that LSU will be even better the next two years. They are terrified that we win the NC this year along with the next two.

LSU doesn't care what Bama wants. Neither does the rest of the world outside the state of Alabama.
The more you lobby for a rematch, the less likely a rematch will happen.
You'll get this at some point. In February, not next November, if you're lucky.
The way Bama's players and fans have dissed LSU since the game, if Bama doesn't get smoked in the Dome should there be a rematch, consider it a moral victory.

Just seems like last season I remember Les running off the field after the Tennessee game and his quote was "?" I cant remember any LSU fans remember that far back?

I'm not sold on LSU even getting to the Championship game, what I have been reading on here is that it took the #1 LSU Tigers ann OT win by 3 just to beat a bad coached VERY Avg Bama team.
