re: LSU wins the decade battle

So now LSU 'sucks' at football?

We had the great Alabama on the ropes heading into the 4th with an incompetent coach and a 1st year starting quarterback.....but im not getting into that........

We've been dominant this entire decade except for the last 2 years whereas Bama has had a good past 2 years. I respect what Bama has built and i dont think you can name an SEC athletic program of the decade but you guys have to give us our due in regard to being amongst the top athletic SEC schools.

sorry guy Fla 1 LSU 2 and the fact that Bama would be 3rd after what amounted as abysmal decade before 08-09 is rather pathetic. I want to forget most of this decade.

I think this is illustrated by the size of the stadium capacities, ticket sales, season ticket holders, etc. across the SEC. If you can find some statistics that would argue that the rest of the SEC holds baseball in basketball in even the same breath of esteem that it holds football, I'll admit I'm wrong.

I don't recall ever saying that. I said your relevance in football is fading away - because it is. And Les Miles is still your coach, and whether you care to admit it or not - until that changes it's going to continue to fade as long as he's the coach.
