It seems that Southern and Grambling are the last 2 remaining Louisiana FCS schools that LSU has yet to play in recent years

In the last few years Auburn has played Alabama State, Alabama A&M, and Samford

When is the last time Bama played an instate opponent (besides Auburn)?

They were known as Howard back then.

Mizzou plays Southeast Mizzou in 2021 and Middle Tennessee in 2022. So why would Mizzou fans laugh at LSU for what they have on their schedule?

Not laughing it is a joke! about Alabama who post it and seen it as a big one and I was joking about will LSU lose to one of them? Got to get into the joke!
