We were favored every game last year but Bama. Had Canada been our OC we would have been 11-0 or 10-1

So Les would still be there? When was the last time he lost less than 3 games?

Good god.... last year LSU was going to go 14-1 because they returned 18 starters and had a good home schedule. Next year they will go 14-1 BECAUSE they lost 18 starters and play five SEC games on the road.

Honestly, you have to live down here among the natives before you can really accept that they BELIEVE all that fantastic stuff.

But Jack, you gotta respect the passion, right?

I'm just excited that winning for us is recent enough that we still care...unlike other teams at the bottom that are fine being there.

Pretty sure the op is still in HS. Take it easy.

Fair enough. I think you're right.

Easy there, big fella, let's at least get the season started first.

What should we learn? To settle to be average like the majority of the other teams in the league? Give me a fricking break! We lost 4 games last year. We all know how 3 of those losses went. Gave up the least amount of TD's in college football. Fired our coach after 3 games. So why would we think we can't go 11-1 or 10-2? Really so are we really reaching?

You can think it all day long. Nothing wrong with that at all. That's not why you catch grief.

You catch grief because your posters consistently guarantee it months before the season starts despite having lost 3 or more games five seasons in a row.

A simple hey, we should be pretty good is good enough but several of y'all just can't stop there.

Well we will be favored in 11/12 games so a 11-1 or 10-2 prediction isn't ridiculous

So you don't think Matt Canada is a step above a Cam Cameron (and really Les Miles) coached offense? Along with Aranda coaching the defense? Along with a likely upgrade in ST's from Pevito?

What about the head coach? How does his expertise come into play?

You can't disrespect the passion alright.....but after all these years and all the chest-pounding, don't y'all think that y'all should just keep all the bragging "amongst" yourselves?...just saying.

Didn't LSU beat Auburn on last play of the game? 0:00 sike

Florida scared of LSU? Florida won at Death Valley. Florida had Guice so scared that he went the wrong way.

LSU beat State by 3 in Death Valley. State lost to to S. Alabama and didn't know who they was
