I'm not in Louisiana. But I wouldn't make jokes when your state has places like Memphis and Chattanooga. Just to name a few

That designation goes to MS. But let's be honest, TN isn't far behind. Without looking, I'd be willing to bet median income in both states are separated by only a few thousand dollars. The difference is LA and MS don't have generations of inbreeding and a deluded gene pool resulting in multiple hills have eyes counties.
