SIAP, but why does Texas A&M have to beat Mizzou for LSU to go? I figured if we lost to Auburn, LSU would go regardless of what A&M did. Would LSU not go if A&M lost to Mizzou??

has to be a three way tie instead of two. LSU loses on a two way tie.

because LSU wins a 3 way tie with Bama/A&M/LSU---if A&M loses, they go to 3 losses and Bama would win a head to head tie breaker with LSU

I think it has something to do with LSU playing USC/FL from the East and Bama played TN/MO !
Of course it all goes in CYCLES so next year it's "corrected" to : LSU vs. FL/GA and Bama vs. TN/KY...see how it's all corrected and balanced...LOL
