You should ask Northwestern how this type of thing goes. Northwestern suspended Fitzgerald, even though they said the evidence concluded that he didn't know about the hazing. Northwestern then fired him for cause because of public pressure. Fitzgerald sued and was vindicated with a settlement this year.

Tennessee used dirt that Pruitt was doing to not pay him. And it held up in court. Do you need the difference in that and the “2 boosters covered it” “one booster got most of it” “we ain’t paying him because technically we never really fired him” to “we ain’t got it and we can’t afford lawyers so hopefully the AG in the poorest state in the union can use taxpayer funds to litigate this until someone hires Kelly” and the reason Pruitt was fired with cause?
